Be a registered parishioner

The form is also available at the parish office and at all church entrances.

To volunteer in any capacity, you must be a Registered Parishioner.

Step #2

Download, fill & sign 3 volunteer forms

• VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
• CODE OF CONDUCT
• ATTESTATION OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER

Or, Drop off at the parish office

Step #3

• RECEIVE YOUR PIN NUMBER

After your forms are processed you will be assigned a PIN number for signing in and out of volunteer activities.
