What is the CWA all about? Our motto — Faith, Fellowship & Service — says it all!

FAITH:  We seek to learn more about our beautiful Catholic Faith by offering inspirational programs throughout the year and a Women’s day-long retreat every other year.

FELLOWSHIP:  Working alongside each other and getting to know each other through our meetings and many projects is a high priority in the CWA. Many wonderful and lasting friendships have developed over the years within our group.

SERVICE:  We provide Service to our parish in many ways, including receptions, special events, flower planting, and bereavement luncheons. We provide financial support to many organizations and endeavors, including: SOLVE Maternity Homes, Feeding Empty Little Tummies (FELT), the St. Vincent DePaul Society, our parish religious education department, the St. Joseph Food Pantry, a Christmas Giving Tree for families, a luncheon for parish high school seniors, St. Joseph School, Knights of Columbus golf, Ss Peter and Paul Communion Class Gifts and Ss Peter and Paul Confirmation Class Gifts.

We have monthly meetings are a combination of fun and learning, beginning with refreshments and social time, followed by a general business meeting and a speaker or activity to inspire us to live for Christ.

MEMBERSHIP:  CWA encourages all women in the parish to join. Membership dues are $20 for the current CWA calendar year. We make special arrangements for a partial year and financial hardships. Dues are used to fund projects throughout the year. Come join us to eat, laugh, and learn. We’re sisters in Christ.
