PLEASE NOTE: Our parish is assigned to Blake Hospital. If you are admitted to Manatee Memorial, Sarasota Memorial, or another hospital, please ask your nurse to call a Catholic priest. They will call the parish assigned to them.

Hospitalization:

  • If you are in, or will be admitted to, Blake Hospital and wish to be anointed and/or receive Communion during your stay, please notify the parish office at 941-795-1228.


  • Hospitals do not notify us when a Catholic patient is admitted, so please notify us yourself.


  • Requests for hospital visits can be made only by a family member or guardian of the patient (not by a Eucharistic member or visiting friend).


Serious Accidents, Death, or Actively Dying:

  • Call the parish office at 941-795-1228. After hours or weekend calls will be taken by our answering service and forwarded to the priest on duty.
